The Role
The role will consist of, but not limited to, the following actions on a daily basis:
- Sourcing Candidates: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications to determine their suitability for specific positions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Feedback and Communication: Provide feedback to candidates after interviews and maintain regular communication to keep them informed about the hiring process.
- Negotiation and Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to prepare and present job offers to selected candidates. Negotiate terms and finalize employment agreements.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by ensuring new hires have the necessary information, resources, and support to integrate smoothly into the company.
- Relationship Building: Foster positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
The Requirements
- Native speaker in German language and fluent in English
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in corporate recruiting and/or agency recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates using various recruitment methods.
- Articulate, precise and excellent communication skills (giving and receiving feedback)
- Climate Advocate and have a drive to leave the world in a better place
- Living and working in Amsterdam, The Netherlands
